The Duncan Collie Medal is a gold medal on a ribbon with bars for each winner. It was donated in 1926 by Duncan Collie (Club member from 1910 to 1961) and so is one of, if not the, oldest society trophy. It was first played for at the first society meeting at North Hants on April 24, 1926 as a scratch competition and was won by Fergus D. Morton. It was changed from a scratch competition to a handicap competition sometime after 1956 and before 1993.

It is played for as a singles stableford competition on the morning of the Spring Meeting.
