The Sheep’s Heid trophy was donated in 2016 by Malcolm Gillespie (Club member from 2010 to 2023). It is a stuffed Ram’s Head (originally shot in France by Malcolm) and is now permanently mounted on the wall above the New Wing lift in the club, along with a small plaque.

It is played for on the final day of the Summer Tour. This is a singles stableford where the player with the best score wins the Sheep’s Heid Trophy and the Captain’s Prize.
